Our Roots, Our Passion
Malbari Swaad is not just a brand — it’s a tribute to the timeless tastes of South India, lovingly passed down through generations.
From Grandmother’s Kitchen to Your Home
Our story began in a small town in Kerala, where evenings were filled with the aroma of roasted rice flour, sizzling coconut oil, and hand-crafted snacks made with love. The elders of our family believed food wasn’t just to fill the stomach — it had to touch the soul. Inspired by this legacy, we started Malbari Swaad to bring those same soulful snacks to modern homes.
Every bite you take is rooted in a recipe tested by time. Our traditional Chaklis, for instance, follow a 70-year-old family formula — sun-dried, hand-pressed, and fried in pure coconut oil for that perfect crunch and deep flavor.
Preserving Tradition, Celebrating Culture
South Indian snacks are more than just food — they’re tied to festivals, rituals, and family gatherings. At Malbari Swaad, we’re on a mission to preserve these cultural gems by making them available to everyone, anywhere.
We source local ingredients, avoid chemicals, and focus on processes that preserve nutritional value while enhancing taste. Whether it’s the crunch of a murukku or the melt of a banana chip, we make sure tradition is never lost in the packaging.
Who We Are Today
Founded in 2024, Malbari Swaad is now a proudly growing brand bringing authentic South Indian snacks to households across the country. What started as a home-run business is now transforming into a food-tech startup focused on innovation, automation, and quality — without compromising our roots.
Our goal is to build a company that honors our ancestors, empowers local workers, and serves only the best to our customers.
Family-Owned & Operated
We are a proudly family-driven company rooted in strong values and honest work.
